C\u00f3mo hemos llegado a este punto<\/h2>\n

Construida originalmente hace casi 80 a\u00f1os, la central el\u00e9ctrica de carb\u00f3n James De Young en la Avenida Pine ha provisto a la comunidad de Holland de electricidad confiable durante d\u00e9cadas, expandi\u00e9ndose para satisfacer la creciente demanda en 1960 y 1968. La planta oficialmente ces\u00f3 de quemar carb\u00f3n en abril de 2016 y se clausur\u00f3 en 2017. En el sentido m\u00e1s amplio nuestra \u00e1rea del centro a orillas del agua se extiende hacia el este desde South Shore Village por el Lago Macatawa y el R\u00edo Macatawa al Parque de Energ\u00eda de Holland, y al noroeste al Parque Dunton. El sitio JDY se encuentra cerca del centro donde el r\u00edo desemboca en al Lago Macatawa.<\/p>\n
