This past weekend, people across the Holland area got their first look at the retired James De Young power plant. The tour, held on Saturday, Oct. 27, was the first of two tour events held to help the local community envision the future for the power plant as part of the Waterfront Holland initiative. With tours at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., 123 people were on hand to check it out!
If you were unable to attend our first round of facility tours, we still have additional slots available for November 3. To sign up for a tour time slot, visit Attend An Event.
